As fall takes over summer, film lovers start to look forward to the holiday season awaiting the next blockbusters to hit the screens. Before those hit though, we struggle through the month of September and try to get frightened in October. Even though movies may not be flying out of the theater, movie news is at an all time high, with new trailers, pictures and rumors swirling around the industry. So check out this week’s top news of the week.

Sony and Screen Gems also created a choose your own adventure game while using the hashtag #TweetToEscape. If anybody was wondering if social media was a viable marketing tool, all you have to do is look at how No Good Deed created their marketing plan.
3. in other news, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 official trailer was released and boy was it a trailer. Starting with an impressive two line conversation with Katniss and the President about love, it culminates with Katniss and Gale shooting down two helicopters. With action scenes and explosions galore, we have officially left The Hunger Games behind and revolution has taken over. We still have two months to wait though, so hopefully the new iPhone 6 and football can keep our mind away as we await part 1 of this conclusion. View the trailer below and enjoy.
Before we move on to other news, Quarter Quell, the Hunger Games fan Twitter page, created these fake posters, placing Katniss into The Dark Knight Rises posters. As we await the first female led superhero movie, Katniss is the closest we have, so enjoy these photos. The quality is impeccable and beg to question, should these be used?
4. In other action movie news, Mission Impossible series Ving Rhames Jeremy Renner Simon Pegg on the set of Mission Impossible 5. Jeremy Renner also posted a photo on his Facebook. Although it is not confirmed whether Paula Patton will reprise her role as Jane Carter, I guess we can expect a MI5 to be hitting theaters soon. Check back for more details when they arise.
The Maze Runner Dylan O’Brien Thomas Brodie-Sangster in this action film. Thomas is deposited in this maze with no memory and must escape or die.
A Walk Among the Tombstones. Liam Neeson is hired to find the killer of his employer’s wife. Only problem is his employer is a drug kingpin.
Last but not least is the movie Justin Long, you would think this might be a comedy but you are dreadfully wrong. Justin portrays a famous podcaster who searches the world for crazy and exciting people. He receives a letter from a mysterious man who has spent his life on the seas. After drugging Justin, this man is poised to make Justin into the first walrus-human hybrid. This Human Centipede-esque film is sure to be a shocker and is not for the faint of heart.
