Olympics (every day on NBC until August 12, 2012)
Why? Spoilers! I can't watch the Olympics until I get home and unfortunately every news or entertainment site posts the results. Why not state the title with a spoiler alert so that someone can actually read the article if he or she chooses?
Anyway, one of the sites had a tweet feed for celebs and Shawn Johnson had tweeted how happy she was for the U.S. Women's Team. Then another site posted an image with Michael Phelps smiling. SIGH....
I also am ecstatic that the U.S. won! So I have a comment - I feel horrible for Jordyn Wieber - I am pretty sure that would have been the equivalent of Shawn Johnson not making it to All Around in 2008. However, I now sympathize with Aly Raisman - she did her best on the qualifications round and she made it to the All Around, yet every story is about how horrible it is for Jordyn. So Congrats to Aly! I hope she does well maybe pull a Shannon!
Now I feel bummed Michael Phelps didn't get the gold in the 200 tonight (not that silver isn't GREAT! but another record would have been cool).
Ryan Lochte is super talented (you thought I was going to say hot -well he is - his haircut totally helps! look back 4 years ago.).
Side note: I miss the bar routines of Nastia Liukin of 2008. It was something that was amazing to watch. Shoot I would like to watch her beam routine as well.
