I think it should be mandatory that TMZ and other paparazzi outlets require that their photographers carry a bucket of ice water for emergency situations. And Minka Kelly being so damn hot is an emergency situation. She needs to cool down a bit. We wouldn’t want her to get heat exhaustion. Plus, I think she needs to do some practicing for the wet t-shirt contests for when her career ends. If it hasn’t already?
